Landscape Consultation

Overwhelmed by your blank canvas back yard?

Need help choosing plants & creating a cohesive garden style?

Not sure what style of garden would match your house or, indeed, your own style?  Is it a garden full of native plants that provides habitat for birds, butterflies, frogs or lizards?  A cooling tropical oasis that thrives in Perth’s arid climate?  A Mediterranean, oriental, Middle-Eastern inspired-garden?  A productive food-garden?  An Australian version of a ‘Post-Wild’ garden?  Or something simply beautiful?

Need help to keep your plants alive?

If you’re not sure what grows where in your space, how to optimise your watering schedule or what your soil needs to help your garden grow – a consultation with Sam could save you time and money replacing unhappy plants!

LANDSCAPING FOR NEW BUILDS

Building a new house?

In the case of a new house build, landscape is something people typically work out after everything else.  However, a consultation is often worthwhile doing prior to deciding upon hardscape features such as decks, pathways, parking areas or large shade structures.  For example, options of different materials can be considered, or appropriate space advised for particular plants.

Want professional advice for your next DIY project?

Do you want to DIY some of your landscaping but require help with particular aspects, such as plant selection, retic installation, co-ordination of various trades, instructions for soil preparation, help in getting a large tree sourced or planted?

Professional landscape consultations - starting from just $100

These are the sorts of questions a consultation can resolve!  I do charge a fee to visit and spend time, giving my knowledge or ideas.  The minimum fee is $100 which typically would cover an hour or so where you have an opportunity to ask various questions.  Some jobs require longer consultations, though an initial visit would usually cost up to $200.  It might just be a meeting for you to decide whether you want me to design a new garden, or to schedule in landscaping work.
